Year-Round Youth Wrestling Schedule & Pricing

Little Wrestler Classes

$150 per 6-week session July 13 - August 20

• Small-group format — maximum of 6 athletes per class.
• Monday & Thursday practices from 4:30–5:15 p.m.
• $15 Monthly K–8th "No Sharks" Folkstyle Tournament.
• Focus on athletic development, basic wrestling skills, games, and fun.
• Ages 5–6.
• No long-term commitments — pay by session (no drop-ins).

Beginner Wrestling Classes

$100 per 6-week session (Beg) July 13 - Aug 20

• Join anytime — year-round enrollment. Contact Coach Owen if we are mid-session or with any questions.
• Practice schedule — Monday & Thursday practices from 5:15–6:15 p.m.
• No Sharks Tournament — $15 monthly K–8th Folkstyle Tournament (returns August 2026).
• Skill-focused training — athletic development, basic wrestling skills, situational wrestling, and games.
• Ages 7–12 — exceptions may be approved by Coach Owen.
• Flexible enrollment — no long-term commitments; pay by session or drop-in.

Intermediate Wrestling Classes

$120 per 6-week session Session July 13 - Aug 20

• Join anytime — year-round enrollment. Contact Coach Owen if we are mid-session or with any questions.
• Practice schedule — Monday & Thursday 5:15–6:30 p.m., including tumbling with the Advanced class.
• Live Wrestling included — Wednesday Live Wrestling class from 6:15–7:45 p.m. included in this session.
• Ages 7–12 — ideal for developing wrestlers building skills and confidence.
• No Sharks Tournament — $15 monthly K–8th Folkstyle Tournament (returns August 2026).
• Flexible enrollment — no long-term commitments; pay by session or drop-in.
• Typical size range — class generally includes wrestlers from about 50–90 lbs.

Advanced Wrestling Classes

$130 per 6-week session Session July 13 - Aug 20

• Join anytime — year-round enrollment. Contact Coach Owen if we are mid-session or with any questions.
• Practice schedule — Monday & Thursday 6:15–8:00 p.m., Wednesday Live Wrestling 6:15–7:45 p.m.
• Competitive athletes — designed for experienced wrestlers who train at a higher pace and intensity.
• 5th–12th Grade — appropriate for middle school and high school wrestlers.
• Typical size range — class generally includes wrestlers around 70 lbs and above.
• Beginner 7th grade+ welcome — older or larger beginners (7th grade and higher) may start in this class.
• Flexible enrollment — no long-term commitments; pay by session or drop-in.

Elite Wrestling Classes

Contact Coach Session July 14 - Aug 18

• Must be recommended to join (2+ years of wrestling experience required). Contact Coach Owen with questions.
• Tuesday practice from 6:15–7:45 p.m.
• Fast-paced, high‑intensity training designed for experienced and serious wrestlers.
• 5th–12th Grade.
• Class typically includes wrestlers around 70 lbs and above.

Girls Wrestling Classes

$50 Session July 17 - August 21

• NEW CLASS, Friday 6:15 - 7:45 p.m.
• 5th - 12th Grade, wrestling experience required

Trial Classes:

$15 - one-week trial (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Only), please text (preferred), call, or email Coach Owen.

Monthly K–8th Grade Wrestling Tournaments

Tournaments Resume August 2026. Each tournament is $15 per wrestler. See Events page for tournament details.

Drop-ins:

$15 per practice or $10 Wednesday Live. Must be paid on the registration site. See Registration below.
